Yoga Therapy Express
Need a zippy refresh? This private session is facilitated via Skype and includes a brief moment to vent or discuss the week's events, a 10 minute specialized meditation, and 15 minutes of mindful movement. After each session I will send an email with homework and/or instructions to keep you feeling aligned and rejuvenated all week.
This is a type of healing modality that uses mindful movement as the vehicle for change; whether that be a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual alteration you're making, a yoga practice can aid our experience. During this session you will be allowed the space to express what needs a voice and then we will dive into a guided practice for the remainder of time. After each session, I will provide you with homework and/or further instruction (via email) to support your journey.
